Been *really* wild reading direct quotes from evangelical leaders in the 80s and 90s talking very specifically about how important moral character is in national leadership. I mean I may have only been ten during certain political scandals, but I'm relieved to know that the deep concerns about our leaders telling lies and being unfaithful to their spouses wasn't a hallucination.
