i still think ethan could be ej. ethan's parents died in an accident he doesn't talk about & ej says in a session with dr hale that one day his mum will "drive into a mack truck" and kill both his parents. maybe the brakes will fail on her. hale thinks ej is planning to tamper with the brakes of his parents car 👀👀👀

theory - ethan might be ej, the patient with narcissistic personality disorder. he could have harmed dr hale. tricia, ethan's wife, knows he has a temper! he seems freaked out at seeing dr hale's portrait in the hallway & is convinced she is dead even though her body was never found after she went missing. or he's luke, hale's boyfriend. just my theory!!
