So curious to hear your thoughts on this one! I’ve heard good things.

Ok so I thought it was a very powerful but very sad book about these women's lives.

The stories are each interesting and I found myself wanting to know more about each woman.

Having said that I can understand some of the criticism of the book, especially if you go in thinking "this is a book about female desire" (which is how it's marketed).

That makes it sound a lot more positive. It's actually very sad and features sexual assault (among other things requiring TWs).

I ultimately really liked it but I would read the prologue in a bookshop before committing to see if you gel with it
