Pausing this until July! So I’m not stressing about how much I’ve not finished before Pride Month ✨🥲

Ugh and now am annoyed at SNL for making fun of the actress Aimee Lou Wood’s appearance for a cheap laugh! Seeing a lot of people say the show died with Chris Farley and as I’m reading through this book I tend to agree… Even though I am a fan of some of the cast that followed.

I will be reading this book for forever so don’t judge me lol because it’s so long-winded and just consists of SNL cast & crew interviews! It’s one to take a break from and come back to for sure:)

One thing about this book is that it is long, and it feels long! It consists of detailed transcripts of interviews with every person you can think of that is/was connected with the show Saturday Night Live. Nice to turn to in between my fictional reads!

I need my hyperfixation on SNL to come back because this book is so long lol I read for half an hour and only completed like 5% 🥲

Tucked up in bed finally watching the SNL 50th Anniversary special, in awe of all the talent and it’s inspiring me to read more of this incredibly long and detailed look into the first 40 years of the show ✨🫶🖤
