Self-help writers (and people in general): not everyone who feels the need to clean a lot is OCD. OCD is a serious illness. If someone doesn't have OCD, they are not going into an "OCD cleaning sprint." And even if they do have it, you shouldn't make light of it and make it seem like a joke. Re: pg 86
