Here’s the problem, I’m LOVING this book. The kind of loving where you walk around with a pencil and sticky tabs and go back several chapters to find that quote you need to make note of.
BUT, I started this book in Malawi. What if English winter with its slippers, grey skies and long evenings is too much of a different world and this book looses some of its magic. I’m scared to pick it back up.

Pick it back up. We’ve all read books that don’t match our current surroundings. However, as a current winter sufferer as well…it may not hurt to wait until buds start showing on those trees.
