People write off the “manosphere” in the same way they do violent men in general. They’re not “real men” or they are “in the minority” of men. But they are real men, there’s many of them, and their ideology is dangerous.

It disgusts me that these men essentially self-report their abuse of women and yet almost nothing is done for most of them. These communities promote real life harm and it is terrifying because people don’t take it seriously. This book is seriously reframing the YouTube videos I’d watch mocking these communities
