Denny's parents come to spend a weekend at his apartment. They have a broken relationship and his dad decides to try and do right by giving Denny a large sum of money. Denny bursts into tears because it will help him fight to get Zoe back.

Denny is invited to Italy to test drive Ferraris for a job. But he cannot leave the US until after Zoe is taken care of. So he is planning to finish the custody battle and then go take the job in Italy.

Denny is inspired by Enzo's bold action and decides to say fuck it and keep fighting against Maxwell and Trish. Enzo is happy that he does this.

Denny is about to sign the settlement papers when Enzo leaps up and takes them. He runs away, tears them up, and takes a piss on them. Denny decides to keep fighting and takes Enzo doing this as a sign.

Enzo gets hit by a car and has to go to the hospital. His medical bills are over 800 dollars. Denny tries to pay with his credit card but it gets declined. He feels defeated and as if Trish and Maxwell have taken all of his money

Zoe beats denny In go karts. He is really surprised by how good she was. Denny is starting to run out of money in the custody battle.

Denny shows up to Eve's funeral, but Maxwell is there to tell him he is not welcome. Zoe runs towards denny and jumps in his arms. They start crying together before Denny must leave.

Eve's Parents got temporary custody of Zoe because of the criminal charges that were filed against Denny. It is going to last at least several months, likely longer

Denny's lawyer is losing confidence in his case. Denny is quickly losing his money fighting this, and he is doing all of it for Zoe.

Denny is in trouble and seems to be caught in a bad spot by Trish and Maxwell. They are ready to drain his money out with Legal bills.
