This must be auto-fictional... Like the title, this book feels small... in a good way - relatable in a way family dynamics are, siblings fighting, awkward phone calls with parents. Makes me sometimes uncomfortable but it's warranted

Garth Greenwell’s writing is… pure. Crystal clear. So much so that I’m depressed by the subject matter so much I don’t want to read it 😭😭😭 it feels like a realistic doctors office visit from hell. Everytime he gets a shot I cringe ewww

Hi, Seth. Yes, this book has elements of autobiography. He had a health issue during the pandemic, and he's married. He probably just flourished more. I love this book!
