This had so much potential but unfortunately felt flat. I enjoyed it enough to finish in an afternoon but I was hoping for scenes that did not occur. There was just so much missing that I wanted to see - it was like he was miraculously cured of years or PTSD by love 🤢
The hero had every potential to be one of my fave tortured heroes if the author had allowed more time to explore his mind.
