I have started and stopped 3x. For a book I was so confident I would love that I immediately bought it, having some mixed feelings with this one. The main character is insufferable but I can say that is an accurate portrayal of some academic scientists. It doesn’t exactly make for an enjoyable read for someone who *is* an academic scientist. It’s like being in the brain of that one a hole professor - let me out!
