It was a fascinating read. She is very clear that the book focuses on a small segment of Latino voters embracing far-right politics, but she also posits that there are warning signs indicating how the broader Latino community in the U.S. could be susceptible to authoritarian, white nationalism based on their history with colonization and dictatorships in their countries of origin.
