Feeling punked by how many people recommended this book to me. It's getting a 1 star and I would have probably just done a DNF but I refuse to read 200, 300, 400 pages and not get credit for having read the freaking book. Might have to re-read a classic after this to remind myself that books can be good.

What the hell is the point of this book. Can’t emphasize enough Evelyn has died one time. So many characters that are unlikable and indistinguishable from the next. No idea what’s going on.

Spite read atp. No way I’ve read all these pages and Evelyn has died ONCE

Too many weird rules about this time travel/warp. I'm getting so confused and sick of not understanding what the hell is going on.

Idk if this is a slow start or if I'm simply burning out slightly on reading right now.
