If all is operating, normally, fat, enters the cell in these tiny burners use it up. They are responsible for turning fat or other fuel sources into energy to power your muscle cells. Read through the bookmarked 70s and 80s pages. You could do well to vary your meals a bit. I think this would stop you from wanting to binge eat as much.

The fat inside your cells is not a permanent fixture. If the influx of fat stops, the fat inside the cells, dissipates, and when that happens, the cells start to regain their normal function. Meaning, insulin can once again work its normal magic.

You’re pancreas, produces insulin. Insulin is a hormone, and the pancreas sends it into your bloodstream to travel to the various cells of the body. Insulin attaches to a receptor of the cells surface and causes the cell membrane to permit glucose to enter. In type two diabetes, the system does not work properly. Your pancreas makes insulin, but when it arrives, it has trouble opening the door to the cell.

Seems I’m on the right track. Just need to eat more regularly and consistently. Like 3 actual meals a day. Which means getting up earlier. Going to bed earlier. I have no excuse now. Just do it. Implement it.
