Loving how detailed the descriptions of food (Japanese food at that!) are, and it’s awesome the book takes place from the perspective of a journalist.

I can tell it’s taking my brain some time to rewire from the 600+ page fantasy book I recently finished (Warbreaker) and this – a modern day, in reality story – so my pace is a bit slow at the moment ha.
