We're almost there.

The plot thickens.

One of the main characters is being EXTREMELY frustrating. She went from understandable to unlikeable and that got under my skin.

It keeps getting better and better.

This book is quite long.

The writing is getting stronger with every chapter I read. It still reads with relatively little prose but the character work and emotion still shines through.

The last few chapters hurt. The writing is getting a little better, but the emotional weight is really starting to hit me. I care about these characters even if the writing isn't very good. I'm sad :(
