My first impressions of this book are mixed- I love the concept but already it feels weak. The first full chapter has poor grammar and feels quite disjointed. Things are mentioned that are interesting, but I can't see where they've come from. It's understandable that a medical doctor may not be perfect at writing, it is not their specialty. However, simple editing could have prevented this.... PART 1
