This has been alright so far. The plot and the world are interesting enough, I'm just not quite as invested in the characters as I'd like to be. Gherin is certainly easy to sympathize with and is probably the most relatable. While the politics of the world aren't too hard to track, I find myself a little confused by the "why" of this world's brutality. I'm curious to see where this all goes, but I do hope it picks up
