I have read and watched a good share of horror and thriller books or movies. The comforting thing when reading and watching them is their absurdity. Not so with this book. This book presents a future event that takes just one bad decision that ripples into the end of the world as we know it. We teeter on a precipice, trusting that the doctrine of mutual destruction will remain mutual—and not merely destructive.
