I’m one chapter away from dnfing this book. He still has a girlfriend and doesn’t know where the MFC is. I like a slow burn but not if the MMC is dating someone, now that just makes FMC a rebound. I’m giving one more chapter then I’m done.

Are you kidding me????? A 6 months gap of neither one finding each other? What the hell? No nope they were adults I’m so over this. I’ll DNF and put this author on never read again.

I had to skip through some of the first few chapters because the MFC (main female character) is a bit over the top eccentric to me and way overt explained grumpy men. I did not find their text endearing like the reviewers have said. However now that they have time from each other they realized how immature they were. So we will see if that continues. These are adults not children.
