I am also listening to Caroline's DEFY GRAVITY audio lecture, and after this I am officially retiring from listening or reading anything she creates. Goodness. Her level of judgement and condemnation for the listeners is wild. WILD.

Uh, mom? Is that you? Wow. There's tough love and then theres shaming behaviour. Caroline puts herself on a pedestal, so thankfully I don't have to.
