I started a chapter or so, liking it so far. Due on Tuesday but need more time. Reading 📚 📖 too many books.

I had a great uncle never met but heard about choos to pass for white, married a white woman, and had a family. About 30 years later, they found out about his true family. This is my mother's uncle, whom she remembered as a child. Her father's brother. They were 3 of them that were quadroon or 3/4 European and 1/4 black. I later discovered they were part Scottish/ Welsh and English descendants not part Irish.
