Good book, written like YA so much that I thought it was YA until they spicy scenes started. It’s very slow? Repetitive? I’m just not sure it needs to be this long for what happens. Ken Follett built an entire cathedral and spanned 100 years in the same number of pages that it’s taken to get through one school year. It’s a bit disconcerting, the simple language and story line, then wham, graphic sex scenes.
