Homily 2 on idolatry is an excellent historiography of icons in the East and West. Augustine, Jerome, and Gregory were onto something.

There is a disconnect between Book 1 and Book 2 of the Homilies on Everand and what is on Goodreads. I'm using this second one to log the second book after I previously logged the first book.
