I don't care how many times I read this, Yuri and Aurora are still so damn sweet. And Yuri being very much protective oh his witch is just everything :3c

Still love the beginning, think the middle is okay, and kinda hate the ending with how the big battle plays out and the stupid jumps bewteen random POVs. All together I had a good time though :)

I'm not really liking the theme in KA's (at least older) books, where you can tell someone is a bad guy from liking to have butt sex, as if that's so deviant and bad. I know she has later written the "Honey" series or whatever it's called, but at least in som eof her older books, anal was very much looked down upon I feel like.

I probably said this the first time reading this, but I'll say it again; I didn't care much for the whole battle and end-of-the-world thing, but I loved Abel & Lilah (and Yuri & Aurora and revisiting Callum & Sonia). I'm therefore not going to rate this on the story itself, because, frankly, I didn't care much for it (it didn't really grasp my interest) but instead on the awesomeness that is the characters! :D

Ugh, I'd wish we'd get more of Yuri and Aurora, because those two are the sweetest, and I love how Yuri treats her like a queen and with such tenderness I didn't even know he posessed. Those two deserve their own novella and more, well, "page-time" :p

Oh my I get why these small snippets of humans reacting to the battle all over the world are needed, but wow they're irritating and dumb and overall stupid reading about. And one thing is they ruin the flow of the story, but, come on, not one of these humans are questioning this whole thing? They're just all going to accept that, okay, now vamps and wolfs exist too? Sounds too good to be true/too easy :/

Yuri and Aurora are one of the reasons I love this book so much (along with Abel and Lilah, of course). While I didn't care much for him in Sonia's book, he has redeemed himself in this one, and I love reading about him finding someone to love and trust. Aurora is so sweet and patient, and just what Yuri needs - and deserves. If only they had more "page-time", because these snippets ain't cutting it for me >.<

Points to Abel for owning up to his mistake and not just excusing himself with "babe" (bao bei in this instance) or the excuse "it was for your own good". And he actually explained why he did it - and that it's obvious he regreted it, and won't do it again. The fact that he regretted it soon after telling her the lie helps too. This couple actually feels remorse for lying to each other and owns up to it - a miracle!

Gosh, I love this easy conversation and banter they have. No getting mad about irrational things from each other's past (the fact that she's a KA h and doesn't get mad about his number of bed partners is really a miracle - and appreciated, mind you), no sudden outburst about silly things. Just easy conversation, talks about sweet nothings, and unconditional support and love. WHat's not to love? :D

Heh, this is so unlike KA's other books, where the h/H fight being together for at least 100-something pages - and then she usually still fights him about every little thing for reasons only God knows. Abel and Lilah has already reached the relationship-state, and we've just rounded 100 pages. Even if I totally love this change, I feel like they literally just met - wait.. ;) I don't care tho, I love them :)

I commented on this the last time too, but I love how, even if she's just learning about the supernatural, she never let's him think of himself as a monster. My heart goes out to Abel, as, when he finds his mate over a century later, he's afraid of scaring her away with his "monster tendencies." As she said, he hasn't hurt anyone unless it was to protect those he loves or her. Abel has a heart of gold - love him! :D
