The main character is already testing my patience, she has a knack for saying the worst possible thing at every opportunity. It feels like the author is trying to make her seem one way,but it’s not quite landing for me. Hoping things improve as the story progresses, though I’m a bit concerned that her relationships will focus more on physical connection rather than emotional growth. Fingers crossed I’m wrong!
