Man...I don't know if I'm going to finish this one. As much as I love Sharon McMahon and the work she does, this book needs a better editor. The narration is so choppy and the chapter break placement makes little to no sense. Plus the narrative voice is weird. It's like neutral, neutral and then BAM Sharon is there in first person chatting about a random aside and then it goes back to neutral. It feels jarring.
