I can count on one hand the number of books I recommend that I haven't finished. Adding this one to it. I often say that I wish people could go to work with me for a day (if you don't know, I work in community mental health, almost exclusively with clients on Medicaid or my state's Safety Net program which provides them mental - but not physical - health coverage). Reading this book may be the next best thing.
