Feels a bit flat for me. I really do hope it picks up, especially that I'm 3/4 into the book. I haven't experienced anything suspenseful in this one compared to the first book. Feels a bit predictable too. I think I've got a feeling with knowing what will happen in the end, even though I haven't seen or read spoilers for the book.
