It would be maddening to me that after releasing a beautiful rewritten version of my book it would get released with several typos and errors in it. How the hell does that happen?

I feel like Samantha Shannon must have gotten a note threatening her next book if Warden didn’t have at least an appearance every other chapter in this one, after leaving him out for 40% of the last one.
Whatever the reason, I am very pleased to say the least. How that woman can make ‘Hm.’ sound hot I will never know but keep it coming.
