I HATE this book. The author is using Jude as a punching bag for everything evil in this world. The especially traumatic scenes feel extremely forced and come out of nowhere, making the reader need to feel sorry for Jude.
Jude on the one hand doesn’t want help and wants to be treated like a “normal” person, but then wants his friends/family to sympathize for him and he REFUSES to go to therapy omg.

Omg they all need to go to therapy and get over themselves
