Do tell me how this one is! I have it and just haven’t picked it up yet!

I’m a little over halfway through it. It’s really good! I think it’s a 5 star read. It makes a lot of great commentary on the rural South, the Opioid Crisis, and the foster care system. It’s set in the 90s/early 2000s, so the protagonist is around our age. It’s supposed to be a modern day David Copperfield, but it reminds me a lot of Mark Twain’s work.
