Tbh I don't know if I liked it or not. The first half is really good but after that it kinda starts declining. It kinda feels like you're losing the plot as the author just throws a bunch of things tgthr which make it overly dramatic and kinda incoherent. Like, at one point, she brings in Chinese lore but it doesn't really fit within the story. The ending is good though, cuz it's really open-ended and makes you question the whole thing.
