Sorry I’m not updating here I’ve been 1) not reading as much unfortunately and 2) tracking what I am reading on fable 😪😔. Anyway I’ve been enjoying this book! Was skeptical it was gonna be too rah rah pro war machine but Kristin Hannah is such a masterful storyteller and (I should’ve known) does a great job of teasing out the nuances of the time.
