Be mindful going in this book is deep. If you have ever or are currently dealing with mental illness the way this book has talked about it so far is extraordinary. I can put myself in Mayas shoes and on a soul level understand where she is coming from. Sometimes the people that hurt you the most are the ones who are supposed to love you unconditionally.
