making this prediction now so I can feel self righteous if I'm correct:
None of the currently have the Flare. WICKED told them that to make sure they tried their damnedest to not fail.

I'm enjoying this much better than the Maze Runner, but James Dashner cannot write an analogy to save his life.
and trust me, he has tried... multiple times

So far this is much better than the Maze Runner. I think it's because there hasn't been any lull in the story whereas the Maze Runner had so many where it truly felt like Dashner was just trying to meet a word count even if it didn't add to the story or build up any of the relationships.

Despite my endless shit talking, I am in fact reading the second one.
In my defense tho, this one already feels better than the first one
