Think of Hunger Games meets Percy Jackson… but with adult themes. Great concept but the writing style gives Holly Black… juvenile and basic. There’s no descriptive writing style or depth. It feels like writing targeted for a middle schooler yet with curse words and sexy scenes. Still gonna finish it because I’m hooked on the plot!!!
