Review of issues 1-5
The art and colors are gorgeous, but the story is a bit lacking. I know the arc is supposed to be 12 issues, so I don’t know why everything’s happening so fast. It feels like a lot of the hooks that were introduced in issue one weren’t really followed up upon. We know extremely quickly what happened to the other JSA members, and Beth discovered Obsidian was an impostor in issue 3.
