ha! I've felt that way about so many books like this (spiritual self-help?). why is it so bad?

Right?! I also think there’s this niche of 90s spiritual self-help books where Jungian psychology is trying to be melded with “New Age” ideals and it just ends up as a incoherent, hoity-toity mess!
haha, incoherent repetitive mess is right! I especially hate it when I've spent money on the book. sigh.
Thankfully this one was borrowed from the library 😂
