The amount of time it takes to get to the point is physically painful. I understand the importance of materialist philosophy’s history and how it impacts the development of dialectical materialism, but that’s not the damned subject. Chapter 1 feels like a master’s thesis and chapter 2 feels like a middle school book report, and guess which one has anything environmental.
