Really tried to get into it but the language of philosophy completely clouded over any particular point Bauer was trying to make, even and particularly in the essay where she discussed how philosophy often fails to address real world issues. Also had a surprisingly patronizing attitude toward and misunderstanding of young women that rubbed me the wrong way. Tried my darnedest.
