Ampert deserved better, he is the emotional equivalent to Rue in book 1. The acknowledgment of Beetee’s heart on top of the mutts did in fact have me bawling my eyes out.

Personally, I feel like a few deaths that occurred in the beginning of the games were unjust. Genuinely, thought Lou Lou should’ve gone in that way, but she took out Wyatt instead. She could’ve done something really powerful with him and I think a perspective change could’ve been really nice, like Maysilee.
