Over half way - very very interesting, glad I preserved. Next onto entwinement (the idea there’s more than one strange loop in the brain).

Idea that an innate blindness to smaller forces in the world makes us hallucinate the world from “I” on this larger level. We can’t focus on the micro-machinery that makes our minds tick!

The maths and logic barrage pretty much over and done with now. On downwards causality and onto I-ness in the context of macro-perspectives and generalisation

Got through most of the boring maths and logic stuff - so dull but I see how it’s important for an analogy that runs throughout the book.

On numbers and mathematical theorems - I find this very very dry, why author says it is needed for context further down the line. Gonna take a gruelling effort to get through these next couple chapters!
