Ooh this chapter really challenged me to look at my day to day a little differently and loved the reminder of living life in cycles. Can definitely see myself coming back to these activities in my journaling and seeing how my rituals might change and what values shine through

Leaving this book feeling pretty indifferent. There was one stand out chapter which made some small things click for me. The activities were alright and my journal was grateful for the prompts but overall I don’t feel like I’m coming out of it having learned anything new about myself or the concept of people pleasing.
