Lets visualize Ghost's life. His dad was abusive, and in jail. They have barely any money, and live off of sunflower seeds

It all started when Ghost's dad pulls out the gun. This caused Ghost and his mom to leave. Now they are living a life of struggle

The archetype is rags to riches. He is pretty low down the food chain in terms of money and power. He goes to school like any other kid but his mom does not make much income. He wants to have more money to support her.

Support character: his Mom. She doesn't show up much in the story. The couple of times we have seen her was when she got Ghost out of the house to escape his dad. After that, she has been pretty silent.

She is the person who saved Ghost from his Father.

The only characters in the book is his Mom and Ghost.
