The "love stories" between these characters are, in fact, something far more terrifying:
It is as if the author herself has placed a magical enchantment upon the cast wherein they are *compelled* to want someone rather than truly LIKE them. Harry WANTS Ginny, not because of any chemistry or even any baser physical reason...he just DOES, and knows not why. Hermione WANTS Ron in a similar fashion, without chemistry.

Had a decent start, but honestly…there’s so much bad. JK can NOT write half-decent chemistry between characters, which is unfortunate because this book relies HEAVILY on the readers being convinced that any of these people could/should end up together.
Ginny’s character has gone from blank paper to just being an angry brat who rips on anyone she meets…Ron and Hermione do nothing but bicker…sorry, I hate it.
