So ... you're telling me that the police who have been hired to be Billy's security are the ones that missed such an obvious clue and Billy, a chef, managed to pick up on the clue as to where his friends were being held hostage? Not the police ... the chef.

Why are all these cops depicted as jerks?

I still don't fully understand why a chef is going around investigating a murder case ... but whatever ...

So in theory, Billy supposedly poisoned Rudy with food ... from his own restaurant. Doesn't that seem kinda coincidental? Why would the police actually believe he'd be that stupid?
