I am writing about this in my personal journal as I go through the chapters. Enjoyable so far and relatively easy to read and process for a ‘self-help book. Not sure if it claims to be one but I like to think of it as one.

I’ve been reading this book only for a short time and haven’t had so much thought in it, I filled up quite a few pages of my journal and in turn finishing the pages.

Had this book for a while and only now getting round to seeing what it’s all about.
