I adore that series but I would say don’t continue if you didn’t love the first book. The books do get way more emotional as they go on (specially magnolias ones), and the characters do get such a huuuge character devloppmt. But I will say if you don’t love them from the go, maybe its not worth it for you. Hope this helps🫶🏽
