Done with Part Two!
I'm liking this new, (comparatively) grown Kitty and can't wait to see what's next for her

DAMN ANNA!!!

Part 1, Chp 16: One of my favourite thing about Tolstoy is how real his characters feel! Also, Vronsky seemed like a decent dude in Ch 15 but now I'm not so sure.

Having finished W&P only a couple months ago, I can't help but compare the two books and their characters. There have been a few moments where I see Piere in Levin and Natasha in Kitty

Part 1, Ch 5: "Half Moscow and Petersburg were relatives or friends of Stepan Arkadyich. He had been born into the milieu of those who were or had become the mighty of this world."

The description of Stiva's outside life was fascinating; he is well-liked and respected. I still think he's a jerk, though
